Who Can Use Wellniciti Savings?

All Cinagi Gap Cover and Funeral Cover policyholders automatically have access to Wellniciti Savings. One Wellniciti profile is created per policy using the main policyholder’s details. Dependants can share the same profile for grocery savings and can use the HEALTH Savings network when appointments are booked on their behalf.

RETAIL Savings

Retail Savings helps you save instantly at the till on everyday items such as food, cleaning materials and toiletries at participating Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores.

• How Retail Savings works:
• Register or log in at www.wellniciti.co.za/savings and go to the grocery shopping portal.
• Browse the product catalogue and add the items you plan to buy to your “Basket”.
• When you are done, click “Checkout”. Your selected savings coupons are combined and issued as one or more 16‑digit savings codes, sent to you via SMS and/or email.
• At the till, before paying, give all your 16‑digit savings codes to the cashier. The savings linked to each code are deducted from your total bill.
• Savings are applied over and above in‑store promotions, allowing you to double up on savings where qualifying items are already on promotion.

You can shop as often as you like, with up to five savings coupons per product per month. Each savings code is valid until the end of the calendar month in which it is issued.

HEALTH Savings – Shop on primary care

Health Savings helps you access discounted consultations with primary care providers such as general practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, optometrists and physiotherapists.

• How Health Savings works:
• Go to www.wellniciti.co.za/savings and select “Search for a Doctor” or “Book an appointment”.
• Choose the type of service provider you need (for example, GP or dentist) and enter your suburb or area to see nearby providers and their availability.
• Select your preferred provider and a suitable time slot for either a virtual or in‑person consultation.
• Confirm and pay the discounted consultation fee via the secure online payment portal, or pay at the practice (depending on the provider’s preference).
• After your visit, you may still be able to claim from your medical aid, if you have suitable benefits available.
