Who Can Use Wellniciti Savings?

All Cinagi Gap Cover and Funeral Cover policyholders automatically have access to Wellniciti. It is also available as a stand-alone employee benefit to employer groups at an affordable cost per employee.

Only one retail shopping portal profile is created per policy, automatically set up by us using the main policyholder’s details. For HEALTH Savings, you or any of your family members can make bookings with any of the available service providers.

RETAIL Savings

Retail Savings helps you save hundreds every month at the till on everyday items such as food, cleaning materials and toiletries at participating Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper stores. Once your cover has been activated you automatically have access.

How Retail Savings works:

• Open WhatsApp on 065 753 1916 and select “Grocery Savings” (option 2), then log in with your ID number – or visit www.wellniciti.co.za, click “Access Your Savings”, log in with your ID number and select “Grocery Savings”.
• Browse and select the grocery items you need. When you are done, click “Checkout” and your savings coupon is sent to you via WhatsApp or e-mail.
• Before paying for your groceries, present the coupon to the cashier and your total savings are immediately deducted from your grocery bill. Each coupon can have up to four 16-digit coupon codes – please present all of them.
• Savings are applied over and above any in-store promotions, so you can double up on savings where qualifying items are already on promotion.

You have unlimited shopping trips per month with up to 15 products per basket. Coupon codes are valid for the rest of the calendar month in which they are issued.

HEALTH Savings – Shop on primary care

Health Savings puts extra money in your pocket with reduced consultation fees on a wide range of primary healthcare providers, with both virtual and in-person consultations available.

How Health Savings works:

• Visit www.wellniciti.co.za and click “Access Your Savings”. Log in using your ID number and select either “Book a Virtual Consult” or “Find a Healthcare Professional”.
• Select the type of service provider you need, then your preferred doctor and time to confirm the booking.
• Depending on the provider and consultation type (virtual or physical), you either make a prepayment online or pay at the practice after the consultation.
• A virtual GP consultation costs R200. Rates for in-person consultations are higher and vary from provider to provider.
• You can still claim from your medical aid if you have savings or relevant benefits available, and you can ask your doctor whether they can submit the claim directly to your medical aid.

2. Sign in securely – Select 2 from the menu and use your ID or passport number to sign in.

4. Choose your offers – Select the coupons you want and watch your savings add up.
5. Review & checkout – Review your selection and check out with a single tap.
6. Receive the coupons – Your digital coupons are delivered instantly via WhatsApp and ready to use.

Double up on savings

Wellniciti savings are applied over and above any in-store promotions at Shoprite, Checkers and Checkers Hyper – your 1st saving is the Wellniciti coupon, and your 2nd saving is any in-store promotion on top of it.

• Food items: total savings of R356 (21%) on a sample basket of food items.
• Home & hygiene items: total savings of R180 (20%) on a sample basket of home and hygiene items.
• Save up to R1,200 per month on essential grocery, cleaning and hygiene items each time you fill your trolley.
