Continue Your Cinagi Gap Cover

Your Cinagi Gap Cover policy through your employer was recently cancelled.

If you rejoin within 90 days of your cancellation date, you may qualify to continue your cover without additional underwriting or new waiting periods being applied to you or your dependants.

Continuation rates from:

Individual cover

R300 / month

Family cover

R450 / month

Please note: Individuals or families over the age of 65 will attract higher premiums.

To continue, please complete the simplified continuation process. As we already have most of your information on record, we may only require an updated debit order mandate.

Please note that continuation remains subject to Cinagi’s normal eligibility requirements and confirmation of your cancellation date.

Debit Order Mandate
DEBIT ORDER AUTHORITY AND MANDATE

By accepting this Authority and Mandate, I confirm that I am bound by the payment terms applicable to this policy agreement.
I authorise Cinagi (Pty) Ltd, acting on behalf of Infiniti Insurance Limited, to collect all premiums, fees and other monthly amounts due in terms of this policy from the bank account provided in this application.
The debit order will be collected monthly, on or about the 1st day of each month, or on the next business day should the 1st fall on a weekend or public holiday. The amount collected may vary in accordance with the premium, policy benefits, fees, amendments, annual adjustments, arrear premiums or any other amounts lawfully due under the policy.
I understand that the debit order may appear on my bank statement under an abbreviated name used by Cinagi, Infiniti Insurance Limited, or their appointed payment collection service provider.
I authorise Cinagi, acting on behalf of Infiniti Insurance Limited, to re-present or resubmit a payment instruction against the nominated bank account should any payment be unsuccessful, in order to recover amounts due under this policy agreement.
I confirm that the bank account details provided are correct and that I am authorised to permit debit orders against this account.
This Authority and Mandate will remain in force until cancelled by me in writing or until the policy is cancelled, lapsed or otherwise terminated. I understand that cancelling this debit order authority does not cancel the policy and does not remove my obligation to pay any amounts due under the policy.
I acknowledge that any debit order that is processed incorrectly or without authority may be disputed through my bank, but that valid premiums and amounts due under the policy will remain payable.

Your Broker

Cinagi works with authorised broker partners and does not provide financial services directly to clients. As a result, your policy must be placed through a contracted intermediary.

If you do not already have a preferred broker, that is perfectly fine. We will appoint an intermediary from our approved broker panel to assist you. They may contact you if any additional information is needed, but this will not delay your application.
